BUYER’S INFORMATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY,
IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS – ASK!
Inspection
– All items are available for your inspection. We
strongly urge
you to inspect
each and every item before buying it, not after. Inspection
is for your protection and is your responsibility
to determine condition to your satisfaction.
All items are sold as-is, where is, how is, in its present condition
and with all faults. There are no warranties intended or implied.
All sales are final; there are no refunds or returns.
If there are any questions or there is something that you do not
understand – please ask before bidding.
Every effort has been made to identify
each piece of equipment by make, model, year, and any known problems.
However, we are not responsible for listing errors and make no claim
to its accuracy or authenticity.
All buying and selling must be
done through the auction. Private negotiations between buyers and consignors,
either on or off the auction grounds, is not allowed. People who attempt
to buy or sell other than through the auction will be prohibited from
attending any and all future auctions.
You may start the motors and perform
compression checks, but we do not allow anyone other than
Far-Mor Auction Services personnel to move or drive any item.
You must be at least 18 to start or sit on any motorized item while
the motor is running.
You must have a Buyer’s Number
to Bid&Buy, Positive Photo ID is required. When you are the successful
bidder of an item, you become the owner of that item and are responsible
for its payment in full and before any item can be removed from the
Auction Grounds. If you fail to pay for an item,
we will use every legal means available to
obtain payment, which will also include costs of recovery and attorneys
fees. Any returned check will be immediately turned over to the District
Attorney for Prosecution. There is $50 Fee for any and all
returned checks.
There is a
10% Auction Buyers Fee on all purchases,
and a 5-½% Wis. Sales Tax on all purchases
except Boats, Snowmobiles, ATV’s,
PWC’s, and titled trailers. We accept Cash, Pre-approved Local Area
Checks (Bank Letter of Guarantee for Out of State). All items must be
removed from the Auction Grounds on the day of the sale unless other
arrangements have been specifically made with Far-Mor Auction Services.
Titles and Registration Cards
are usually mailed out within 7 –
10 days after the auction. Buyer is solely responsible for
the safeguarding of his/her own purchases. Far
– Mor Auction Services is not responsible for any loss, theft, or
damage to items on the Auction Grounds.
When you register as a Buyer and receive
a Buyers Number, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this
Auction. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE AND
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Individuals who do not follow these rules or who
violate any of the Terms & Conditions of this sale
will be asked to leave the Auction Grounds
and will not be allowed to attend future auctions!
