GREAT LOCATION

Easy access, Right off the Interstate-
We are located at Exit 106 I90/94&Hwy 33 W. Our address is W10521
Tritz Rd. Portage WI 53901.
This is a very "buyer friendly"
environment and is really a great facility to showcase your equipment.

How does it work?

Items are sold in the order in which
they're consigned. The first ones in are the first ones sold; consign
early to reserve your early sales numbers. We can sell all of your items
consecutively and there is no extra charge for re-runs. You can either
call or fax to reserve your numbers
at 608 767-2715.

Items may be brought to the auction grounds anytime by appointment or
the Thursday&Friday before the auction from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
We also take consignments on Saturday from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Many
times, almost half of our sale items come in on Saturday morning. Consign
early to avoid the crowds.

Far - Mor Auction Services reserves the right to determine what items
it will accept for auction.

Sellers are welcome and encouraged to attend the auction and join us
in the booth to represent their items as they are being sold. If you
cannot attend you can, if you so desire, set minimum selling prices;
your items sell for what you want, or not at all. However, minimum selling
prices do not change market values or what buyers are willing to spend.

Many items are sold without reserve. We have buyers from a five-state
area and we provide one of the biggest and best selections in the state
on a monthly basis. With our auctions attended by hundreds of interested
buyers, it offers you an excellent opportunity to get your items sold.
If you want to set a reserve, or minimum, selling price on your item,
it should be the absolute lowest dollar amount you will accept. Many
sources of information are available to determine current market values,
these are available to you as a seller and they are known and used by
buyers as well. If you want more than the current market value, there
is no reason to bring your items to the
auction, as it probably won't sell. Realistic sellers
experience a very high sales and satisfaction rate and are very successful
in getting their items sold at our auctions. Remember - We will always
try to get more then your minimum price.

Registration Cards are required for snowmobiles, ATV's, personal watercraft,
and boats under 16'. If you do not have a registration card you will
need to sign a Wisconsin Dept of Natural Resource Vehicle Release Form
before your item can be sold. Titles are required for boats over 16'
and trailers over 3000#. Each item will be checked for a Vehicle Identification
Number (V.I.N.) at the consignment counter. The VIN number on the registration
card or title must match the factory stamped VIN on the machine.

We charge either a $25 consignment fee for each item consigned or a
$100 annual consignment fee - this allows you to consign as many items
as you want, as many times as you want, with no additional consignment
fees for a 12 month period. Sell fees are based on the final selling
price and are as follows: 5% on items $1500 and over; 8% on items from
$100 to $1499; 15% on items $100 and under. The maximum selling fee
is $350 per item. Sell fees on trailer loads of household items is 25%
and a $100 environmental fee. Deposit will be collected and held until
all unsold and unclaimed items are removed from the auction grounds.
We do NOT accept reserve prices on any item for less than $100 on any
item. There is no charge for re-runs on the same auction day and there
are no buy back fees. If you elect to only pay the one time $25 fee
and your item does not sell, you will have to pay an additional $25
to put your item in a different auction. Checks to sellers are usually
mailed
within 7 days of the auction. Call for information on special rates
for large consignors.

There is plenty of room to leave your trailer after consigning your
items. You don't need to drag them to your motel or the restaurant to
get  something to eat. Many leave their trailers at the auction
grounds until after the auction.

All buying and selling must be done through the auction. Anyone
attempting to violate this rule will be permanently barred from
attending any future auction, either as a seller or a buyer. No
exceptions.

All items must be removed from the auction grounds on the day of the
sale
unless other arrangements are made with Far-Mor Auction Services.

Large
or small, we handle them all.
