Up for auction is 7 - 9 storage units that have defaulted on their rent. These units are being sold in the exact condition that the tennant left them in. They have not been opened or presorted.

Each unit will be opened up, you'll get 5 minutes to look it over. You can't enter the unit or open any boxes. The Auction will begin and the contents of the unit will be sold as is, where is,how is. $100 security deposit required per unit, deposit returned when the unit is empty.
